Key Responsibilities:
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting to the MD (Production, OEE, Rejection %, Downtime, Delivery Adherence).
• Design and standardise MIS formats across all departments.
• Ensure accuracy of data collection, validation, and consolidation from shop-floor teams.
• Identify red zones proactively and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and report progress of all improvement projects for management review.
• Create clear visual dashboards (charts, trends) for faster decision-making.
• Own MIS discipline — timelines, version control, and reporting accuracy.
• Support operational excellence initiatives, workshops, and consultant-driven programs.
• Document SOPs, improvements, and best practices for long-term capability building.
Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Charts).
• Understanding of Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, PDCA.
• Exposure to OEE tracking & TPM fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of QC tools: Pareto, Fishbone, Control Charts.
• Experience in structured improvement programs / consultant-led projects.
• Strong communication and follow-up with leadership.
