Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer (Embedded) with strong experience in microcontroller-based systems and application-level programming in C/C++. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IoT product development, wireless communication technologies, and embedded firmware design.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain firmware for IoT devices and embedded systems
- Work on end-to-end IoT product development, from concept to deployment
- Integrate and optimize wireless communication technologies such as Zigbee, Bluetooth, Matter, and Wi-Fi
- Develop efficient, scalable, and modular application-level code using C/C++
- Debug, test, and optimize system performance across embedded platforms
- Collaborate with hardware, cloud, and application teams for seamless integration
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications1. IoT Product Development
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in IoT product development
- Strong experience with wireless technologies (Zigbee, Bluetooth, Matter, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Exposure to additional embedded or connectivity technologies is a plus
2. Microcontroller Expertise
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with microcontrollers
- Strong understanding of MCU architecture, peripherals, and firmware development
- Experience in related embedded domains is desirable
3. Application-Level Programming (C/C++)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in C/C++ programming
- Strong expertise in modular software design, debugging, and performance optimization
- Experience in embedded systems or IoT-based applications is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with RTOS or bare-metal firmware development
- Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, MQTT, etc.)
- Understanding of low-power design techniques
- Exposure to cloud integration for IoT systems
Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
