Position: Senior Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad (with regular site visits across project locations)

Vicharta Samuday Samarthan Manch (VSSM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the holistic development of nomadic, denotified, and marginalized communities. Our key projects include the development of educational campus, housing projects, and the VSSM City Centre.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and execution
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of construction and low-cost housing projects
- Prepare and review drawings, plans, and technical specifications
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
- Supervise and guide site supervisors and contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
