Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer, based in Rajkot . The Senior Engineer will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, and execution. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating with project stakeholders, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. The role also involves troubleshooting technical challenges and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project planning, execution, and management
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance
- Skills in team leadership, site supervision, and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in MEP projects and interior fit-out processes
- Knowledge of design interpretation and technical problem-solving
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to construction management
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in the industry, especially in managing diverse construction projects, is a strong advantage
