🎯Experience & Requirements:
✅ Relevant experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork Projects
✅ Experience in residential / high-rise construction projects
✅ Strong knowledge of site execution & project coordination
✅ Excellent team management & communication skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
✅ Relevant Engineering / Diploma qualification as applicable to the role
✅ Experience level will vary according to the position
🏗️Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute Mivan construction activities
• Manage site operations, teams & subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, quality & productivity
• Coordinate drawings, BBS, planning and billing activities
• Ensure QA/QC and safety standards are maintained
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams
• Ensure timely and efficient project execution
