Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer (only Civil ) position based in Hyderabad. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for developing, and implementing high-quality engineering solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing technical operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role will also involve troubleshooting and providing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges while mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management, and Technical Leadership
- Strong skills in Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Innovation
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Industry Standards
- Excellent collaboration and team-building abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in advanced technical tools and software applications relevant to the role
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the engineering domain is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
