Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve LLM + RAG pipelines for AI applications.
- Perform model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Build and optimize semantic search using embeddings and hybrid search.
- Work with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
- Use Prompt Flow for workflow orchestration.
- Implement document processing using Azure Document Intelligence.
- Track ML experiments and deployments using Databricks/MLflow.
- Support front-end integration (Angular) for search and analytics.
- Develop Python scripts for document parsing, Q&A extraction, and monitoring.
- Follow version control (Git) and CI/CD best practices for ML projects.
Skills Required:
Must-Have
- Azure AI / Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- NLP, semantic search, Prompt Flow, embeddings strategy, hybrid search, grounding
- Model evaluation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API
- AKS / App Hosting
- Azure Document Intelligence - Model selection, table extraction fidelity
- Databricks / MLflow - Experiment tracking, lineage, analytics endpoints
- Front-End (Angular) - Search facets, trend analysis, performance tuning
- Python - Document parsing, Q&A extraction, telemetry, secure access

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
