Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer based in Salbani. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve production goals. The role also involves adherence to sustainability practices and contributing to plant expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in plant operations, equipment maintenance, and process control
• Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and implementing process improvements
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards relevant to manufacturing and industrial operations
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and environmental regulations related to the cement industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field)
• Prior experience in manufacturing or cement plant operations preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong track record of achieving operational goals
