Job Summary:
DGS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to oversee project execution, technical planning, and site coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to engineering standards across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day site engineering activities
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site
Review BOQs, drawings, and technical documents
Handle site issues, escalations, and provide technical solutions
Support billing, estimation, and cost control activities
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in real estate / construction industry preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
