Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer AI/ML located in the Pune District. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges. Key tasks include coding and implementing efficient algorithms, ensuring performance optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems. The role also entails contributing to system design, debugging issues, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science with expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development processes
- Proficiency in Programming with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices
- Prior experience with AI/ML models, algorithms, and frameworks is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in using AI tools and frameworks for enterprise applications is highly desirable
