Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer in Agentic AI, based in Mulshi. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven solutions and frameworks. Key activities include designing intelligent algorithms, conducting research to enhance machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes. You will analyze complex datasets, optimize performance, and ensure scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java essential for AI and machine learning development
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence frameworks
- Experience in Algorithm Design, Predictive Analytics, and Model Training
- Understanding of Cloud Platforms, DevOps Practices, and Deployment Pipelines
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies and databases such as Hadoop or SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Prior exposure to agent-based AI design principles is a plus
