🚗 We’re Hiring | Senior Engineer – System Integration
📍 Location: MRV, Chennai
🧑 💻 Domain: Cockpit Domain Controller – System Integration
We are looking for a Senior Engineer – System Integration to join our Connected Cockpit Team, working on next-generation Cockpit Domain Controller (CDC) solutions across infotainment, cluster, and telematics systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Define system roadmap, variant strategy, scalability, and component applicability for upcoming vehicle programs
Analyze PDB inputs and provide feasibility and timeline assessments
Lead feature understanding, system definition, budget creation, SOR & TSO
Act as a system integrator between infotainment, cluster, telematics, and display subsystems
Coordinate closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams on software releases, defect closure, MPDS deliverables, and jury handling
Drive system-level validation & verification, FTR, and product prove-out
Own SW delivery planning, triaging, prioritization, burndown planning, and defect-free delivery
Serve as a key liaison between business, technology, and support teams
Identify and bring in new technologies and innovative features for future programs
🎯 Key Deliverables
End-to-end integration of CDC software with DID, CID, PID, and Telemetry
Timely delivery of CDC SW across the project lifecycle
System-level validation, verification, and quality assurance
Close collaboration to balance usability, performance, and reliability
✅ Experience Required
Hands-on exposure to Infotainment, Instrument Cluster, Connectivity, or Telematics
Experience with Cockpit Domain Controller (CDC) technologies
Strong understanding of vehicle network architectures (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet)
Knowledge of UDS & diagnostics protocols
Familiarity with communication technologies (LTE, DSRC, 5G or similar)
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science or related field
Automotive infotainment, system requirements, testing & validation certifications are a plus
💡 Skills
Strong system thinking and integration mindset
Automotive communication protocols knowledge (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
