Experience Requirement
• 5–6 years of proven experience in Mass Production environments.
• Strong background in Appliances or Automobile manufacturing sectors.
Technical Background
• Degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on expertise in manufacturing processes and assembly line optimization.
• Familiarity with engineering BOMs, EBOM structuring, and product assembly hierarchies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
