About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead high-impact client engagements at the intersection of strategy, problem solving, and commercial growth. This role goes beyond delivery. You will also play a key role in business development, partnerships, and revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation
- Structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-backed recommendations
- Lead client interactions with CXOs and senior stakeholders
Problem Solving & Strategy
- Break down complex business challenges into actionable frameworks
- Drive deep analytical thinking across markets, business models, and financials
- Translate insights into clear strategic decisions and execution roadmaps
Business Development & Growth
- Drive new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Build proposals, pitch decks, and commercial models
- Identify whitespace areas for account expansion and cross-sell
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to unlock new revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create solutions
Team Leadership
- Mentor and manage consultants/associates across engagements
- Build high-performance teams with strong problem-solving rigor
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end client engagements
- Strong structured problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experience in business development / sales / client acquisition
- Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
