About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer / EUC Lead who can go beyond traditional desktop support and play a key role in shaping a secure, scalable, and modern workplace environment.
This is not just a support role — it’s an opportunity to own endpoint strategy, drive automation, enhance service delivery, and grow into an IT Service Delivery Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint and user issues, ensuring high service quality and SLA adherence
- Own and optimize endpoint management platforms (Intune, Autopilot, M365 ecosystem) across the device lifecycle
- Drive automation and self-service initiatives using scripting (PowerShell) and modern tools to reduce ticket volumes
- Implement and maintain endpoint security controls aligned with ISO 27001 / SOC2 standards
- Partner with InfoSec teams to support audits, compliance, and continuous security improvements
- Analyze support metrics, perform root cause analysis, and proactively improve service performance
- Contribute to ITSM process maturity (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Lead initiatives and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance workplace technology
Experiences and Skills:
- 10–15 years of experience in Endpoint / Desktop / EUC Engineering within enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot
- Hands-on experience managing endpoint lifecycle at scale
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with endpoint security tools (EDR, patching, conditional access)
- Exposure to regulated environments (BFSI / Healthcare / similar) is highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and service delivery processes
- Experience in automation / scripting (PowerShell) is a big plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
