🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform retrievals and conventional insemination procedures
• Handle dish preparation and fertilization culture preparation
• Perform semen analysis and sperm preparation for IUI & ICSI
• Independently manage ICSI and IVF cases
• Perform oocyte searching, grading, denudation, and embryo grading
• Monitor embryo development and blastocyst culture
• Handle embryo transfer preparation and assist in embryo transfer procedures
• Perform vitrification, freezing, thawing, and cryopreservation of gametes and embryos
• Handle TESA & PESA sperm screening and DNA Fragmentation testing
• Maintain IVF laboratory standards, cryobanks, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure quality control, laboratory cleanliness, and adherence to lab protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data entry
• Coordinate with IVF Consultants and lab teams for smooth functioning of IVF procedures
✅ Candidate with strong IVF Lab and ICSI handling experience will be preferred.
✅ Good technical knowledge and laboratory management skills are required.
