Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Embryologist located at our Nagpur center. Responsibilities include performing and overseeing various laboratory techniques related to in vitro fertilization, such as egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and cryopreservation. The Senior Embryologist will ensure adherence to quality standards, assist in specialized procedures like ICSI and embryo transfer, and maintain laboratory safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves monitoring patient cases, contributing to andrology procedures, and supporting the development of innovative practices in assisted reproduction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills essential for embryology, including handling biological specimens with precision and care.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Assisted Reproduction, and related clinical procedures.
• Expertise in Andrology techniques and operations, including semen preparation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Medical principles and clinical applications in reproductive health and embryology.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain adherence to safety and regulatory protocols.
• Postgraduate degree in Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications in clinical embryology or related fields will be an added advantage.
