Senior Embroidery Digitizer — Bhopal (Project Role | ₹25,000-₹40,000/month)
Impact Marvel is hiring a senior digitizer for a focused project: building an AI tool that produces factory-quality DST files. We need a master digitizer to set the quality standard and help train the system.
Your role
Digitize real client logos in Wilcom (or Hatch / Pulse) at production-grade quality
Narrate your decisions while you work — sessions are recorded so our AI can learn from your craft
Flag where the AI's output falls short and explain how a senior digitizer would fix it
5-12 designs per week — mix of wordmarks, crests, badges, caps
You're a fit if
8+ years professional digitizing experience, 5,000+ production designs
Strong on the why — underlay choice, layering, density, push-pull comp
Comfortable being recorded (audio + screen) during work sessions
Hindi + working English
The deal
₹25,000-₹40,000/month based on depth of experience
Per-design bonus when your work passes the AI training pipeline
Bhopal — our office, hybrid OK
3-month project, with full-time + equity if it works for both sides
