About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Email Marketing Specialist with deep experience in the market research industry to drive our email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. This role combines team leadership with hands-on execution and requires a professional who can craft targeted email campaigns, leverage industry insights, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of email marketing professionals while contributing individually to campaigns.
- Develop and execute highly targeted one-to-one email marketing campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Conduct cold email outreach to potential clients, promoting market research reports and services.
- Utilize strong geography and industry knowledge to segment audiences effectively and improve campaign relevance.
- Promote research reports through email campaigns and drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, content, and research, to align email campaigns with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, tools, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-4 years of email marketing experience in the market research industry (strictly).
- Proven expertise in one-to-one email marketing and cold email outreach.
- Strong understanding of industry sectors and geographic markets relevant to market research.
- Ability to manage a team while performing as an individual contributor.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement and lead generation tracking.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Outreach.io) and CRM integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
