Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Senior Email Marketing Executive on a full-time basis. This on-site role, based in the Pune Division, involves planning and executing email marketing campaigns, segmenting email lists, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and creating engaging email content. The professional will also monitor customer engagement, ensure adherence to best email marketing practices, and implement ongoing optimization strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Email Marketing tools, Campaign Management, and CRM platforms
- Strong skills in Data Analysis and Metrics Tracking for evaluating campaign performance
- Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and persuasive communication
- Familiarity with A/B Testing and optimization strategies
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing trends and Email Deliverability best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in an on-site collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with the market research domain is a plus
