Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electronics Engineer for developing Biomedical Devices in the research group of Professor Mahesh Tirumkudulu. The group specialises in designing biomedical devices in the area of hematology with the eventual goal of commercialising the technology. The Senior Electronics Engineer will join the product development group comprising of mechanical and chemical engineers, and physicists. The Senior Electronics Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including
- Circuit design
- Software development related to device
- Testing of biomedical devices.
- Prototype Development and Testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics + 5 years experience in biomedical devices OR Master's degree in Electronics Engineering + 3 years experience in biomedical devices
- Strong expertise in electronic engineering, circuit design, electronics, and electrical engineering
- Experience in developing Hardware system using Microcontrollers and Microprocessors
- Experience in electronics circuit analysis and simulation-based design
- Knowledge of tools for PCB design
- Knowledge of relevant software tools and programming languages
- Experience in testing and troubleshooting biomedical devices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Publication record and participation in research projects would be advantageous
