Job Title: Senior Electrician (High-Tension Industrial Plant)
Location: Falna, Pali, Rajasthan.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Industry: Forging & Rolling Mill / Heavy Industrial Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrician to join our high-tension industrial plant. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in forging and rolling mill operations, with deep knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) electrical systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical equipment used in forging and rolling processes.
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and machinery.
- Diagnose faults in motors, drives, transformers, panels, and control systems.
- Supervise and guide junior electricians and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and system logs.
- Machine calibrations record.
- Monitor voltage, current, power factor, and load distributor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Btech from recognized institute.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar heavy industrial environment (preferably forging/rolling mill).
- Strong knowledge of high-tension systems, switchgear, transformers, and industrial control panels.
- Experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, and electrical automation systems is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Relays contactors.

And similar production plant machinery.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in forging, rolling mill, or manufacturing plant.
- Familiarity with high-load, high-temperature industrial environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency breakdowns efficiently.
