Job Description:
Shinex Glass Mosaic is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to
manage end-to-end maintenance operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be
responsible for ensuring smooth plant functioning, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high
safety and efficiency standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage complete plant maintenance activities and maintenance manpower
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Coordinate with production, stores, and vendors for smooth operations
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and standard operating procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in plant maintenance
Candidate Requirements:
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and plant utilities
- Leadership skills to handle manpower and cross-functional coordination
- Willingness to relocate as per plant requirement
