Job Description:

Shinex Glass Mosaic is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to

manage end-to-end maintenance operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be

responsible for ensuring smooth plant functioning, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high

safety and efficiency standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage complete plant maintenance activities and maintenance manpower
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
• Reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Coordinate with production, stores, and vendors for smooth operations
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and safety documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and standard operating procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in plant maintenance

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and plant utilities
• Leadership skills to handle manpower and cross-functional coordination
• Willingness to relocate as per plant requirement
