Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and develop electrical systems and components.
- Providing design support for Various Electrical Services (HT/LT/ELV/ICA etc.) including design calculations and conceptual design drawings and creating detailed electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Overseeing the project’s conception, design and specifications and manage scheduling, estimating and securing materials
- Ensuring proposals are compliance with the company’s quality procedures, client`s requirement and relevant/latest industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, allotted budget, company strategy and goals.
- Ensuring all paper works submission (e.g., Vendor Approval Submission, Project Reports and Schedule submission and works executed on sites are according to specification, drawings and project requirement)
- Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressive completed work
- Co-ordinating with clients, consultants on the technical requirements and attend technical discussions and meeting with authorities, developer, and contractors
- Co-ordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams including group representatives for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly and timely delivery of works
- Represents Company at technical meetings with clients, stake holders and serves as the company's technical representative to clients and suppliers
- Work closely with the procurement team and suppliers
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Technical Skills
- Strong capability in designing and developing electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in design calculations, conceptual designs, and detailed electrical schematics
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, international codes, and regulations
Work Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within Building Services / MEP Engineering
- Proven experience in electrical system design for MEP consultancy projects
- Experience in handling HT, LT, ELV, and ICA systems
- Prior experience in the Maldives will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in hotel, high-rise building, residential, mixed-use development, commercial, retail, and industrial projects.

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good public relations and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Leadership & Management Skills
- Ability to oversee design processes and support project execution teams
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement teams
- Capability to represent the company in technical meetings and discussions
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
