Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior EHS Manager specializing in Corporate Interior Fit-Out. The Senior EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites. Duties include conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, and audits, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role will also involve developing and delivering EHS training programs, managing occupational health initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health practices
- Experience in conducting thorough Accident Investigations and implementing preventive measures
- Ability to design, coordinate, and deliver EHS-related Training to diverse teams
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, workplace standards, and government compliance requirements
- Proven leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline is preferred
- Track record of successful EHS oversight in the corporate interiors or construction sector is highly desirable
