Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Educational Consultant. The Senior Educational Consultant will provide expert guidance to clients, helping them understand education opportunities, processes, and requirements for studying abroad, particularly in Australia, Europe. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, delivering excellent customer service, assisting with documentation, and communicating with educational institutions to ensure a seamless experience for clients. The role requires effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to provide expert guidance and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in international education and visa consulting is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Australian and European education and visa systems is desirable
