So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for an
LMS Administrator to serve as the subject matter expert for our
Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform. You will own end-to-end LMS administration, ensuring seamless, high-quality learning experiences for employees, customers, and partners while driving efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
How will you make an impact?
Own
day-to-day LMS administration, configuration, and system maintenance.
Manage and maintain
learning objects (ILT, eLearning, certifications, assessments) and system settings (assignments, approvals, notifications).
Administer
user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls.
Provide operational support—troubleshooting issues, handling requests, and managing escalations.
Execute
bulk data operations, transcript management, and data governance activities.
Review and test
CSOD quarterly releases, ensuring system readiness and quality.
Develop and maintain
reports and dashboards to support learning analytics.
Drive
process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Training, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth delivery and continuous system optimization.
Have you got what it takes?
Required Skills & Experience
5 to 7 years of work experience
Hands-on experience administering
Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or similar LMS platforms.
Strong expertise in
LMS configuration, content setup, and transcript management.
Solid understanding of
learning operations and LMS workflows.
Experience with
reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Working knowledge of
SCORM/API standards,
HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and
REST APIs.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Behavioral Skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on
data accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on
continuous improvement.
Good to have
Experience with
automation tools or scripting
Exposure to
AI-enabled workflows
Advanced proficiency in
Excel and PowerPoint
