Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Education Counsellor, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Education Counsellor will provide guidance to students and parents on educational programs, assess their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. This role involves actively assisting students in their educational journey, delivering top-notch customer service, and collaborating with educators to ensure tailored recommendations. Additional responsibilities include offering training and sharing insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Education and Training
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Teaching and student guidance
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in understanding students’ needs and mapping them to appropriate programs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in an educational or advisory role is preferred
