Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Senior Education Counsellor to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will guide students in selecting the right academic programs and career paths through personalized counseling sessions. You will play a key role in supporting students throughout their admission journey while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in education consulting, student counseling, or career guidance.
Strong understanding of higher education and online learning programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect with students and provide personalized career guidance.
Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using digital platforms and virtual counseling tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
A Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.
