Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Education Counsellor located in Noida. The Senior Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting suitable academic programs, providing personalized counseling, and assisting with applications to various educational institutions. Other key responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, responding to student inquiries, creating tailored solutions, building strong relationships, and remaining updated on global academic opportunities and requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Educational Consulting and extensive knowledge of global academic systems
- Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills, with the ability to guide students effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with students and families
- Knowledge or experience in the education sector, including a strong understanding of academic paths and programs
- Experience in client relationship management and a student-focused approach
- Dedication to continuous learning, with an ability to adapt to the latest trends and requirements in global education
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
