We are looking for a highly driven, result-oriented Senior Educational Counsellor (UK) who can take complete ownership of the student conversion lifecycle.
This role goes beyond counselling — it’s about owning outcomes, managing the full funnel from lead to enrollment, and consistently delivering strong conversion numbers.
The following are the key responsibilities for the role:
- Own the end-to-end student journey: lead → application → offer → deposit → visa
- Achieve monthly targets across applications, deposits, and visa approvals
- Manage and convert inbound leads through quick responses and structured follow-ups
- Provide accurate UK course & university mapping based on student profiles
- Handle objections effectively and drive faster closures
- Ensure high-quality documentation, SOPs, and timely application submissions
- Track and analyze funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with universities and partners for smooth processing
- Share insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion trends
- Contribute to team growth and scaling of the UK Study Abroad vertical.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling (UK preferred)
- Strong understanding of UK admissions & visa processes
- Proven track record of achieving conversion targets (applications, deposits, visas)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just counselling
- Experience working in a high-volume, CRM-driven environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve funnel performance
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in EdTech or Study Abroad consultancy
