What You’ll Do
- Edit engaging long-form and short-form content across digital platforms
- Understand the narrative, emotion, and pacing behind content
- Review footage and identify the strongest storytelling flow
- Create polished edits optimized for audience retention and engagement
- Work closely with creators, founders, and the creative team
- Add motion graphics and visual enhancements where required
- Stay updated with evolving trends, formats, and editing styles
- Bring creative inputs that elevate the overall quality of content
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Adobe After Effects (mandatory)
- Motion graphics understanding is preferred
- Strong storytelling and content understanding
- Ability to review, structure, and improve content flow
- Good understanding of pacing, transitions, and audience attention
- Understanding of AI tools/workflows is preferred but not required
- Passion for content, creativity, and continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving creative environment
