Role: This is a part-time remote role for interviewing given candidates as a Senior EDI Support Engineer (10+ Years of Experience).
Job Description for screening: Senior EDI Support Engineer (Navis / Maritime Domain):
We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI Support Engineer with strong expertise in Navis software EDI monitoring and maritime message management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth EDI operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting enterprise customers in a 24x7 production environment. This role requires deep knowledge of EDI workflows, system configurations, and SLA-driven support processes within an enterprise software environment.
Required skills:
- Experience in EDI support, monitoring, and troubleshooting in an enterprise software environment.
- Strong experience working with Navis software EDI or similar logistics/maritime platforms.
- Deep understanding of maritime EDI message standards and workflows.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing critical production incidents.
- Strong knowledge of EDI integration, message validation, and transaction processing.
- Experience in customer software configuration and administration.
- Ability to work in 24x7x365 support model, including rotational shifts and on-call support.
- Familiarity with SLA-based service delivery models.
