Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
* Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, videos, and product attributes.
* Monitor listing quality, catalog errors, and suppressed products.
* Manage pricing, stock updates, offers, coupons, deals, and promotional campaigns.
* Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth order and stock management.
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product visibility and rankings.
* Track sales performance, conversions, and marketplace listing metrics.
* Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance reports.
* Ensure catalog accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
* Lead, train, and support junior listing executives.
* Coordinate with marketing and design teams for product launches and campaign execution.
* Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
* Resolve marketplace-related issues, listing errors, and support tickets.
* knowledge of Excel, marketplace portal interfaces, bulk upload tools, ERP systems, AI tools, and e-commerce operations is required.
