We are looking for Senior Dynamics 365 Developer.
Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Configuring and developing Dynamics 365 solutions and work with data from Microsoft Dataverse to make configurations
- Designing, developing, and quality assuring complex workflows that string different business entities together
- Keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft release waves to proactively adapt to new releases
- Participating in the agile process by proactively attending daily meetings and other alignments with the team
- Tracking (push) changes to the git repository according to the project process
- Conducting feature demos in front of stakeholders
Job requirements/ skills:
- 6+ years of professional experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Field Service.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse administration, customization, development, and usage
- Power Automate and applying Microsoft's best practices and methodologies
- Back-end and front-end development languages such as Microsoft .NET development (C#), TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Developing plugins and custom workflows utilizing the above technologies
- DevOps tools (minimum a source control system)
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Contact Centre and/or AI Agents in Dynamics 365.
- Strong team player, proactive in solution investigation & debugging.
- Critical spirit, detail-oriented, eager for continuous learning.
