🚨 Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead
📍 Locations: Pune | Bangalore | Chennai | Vadodara | Hyderabad
🕑 Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
💼 Experience: 10–14 Years
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead to drive technical design, development, integrations, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise CRM solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and review designs, code, and deliverables.
- Drive estimation, sprint/release planning, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with Product, BA, QA, Infrastructure, and Integration teams.
- Own deployment, production readiness, and technical issue resolution.
- Identify risks and ensure technical standards and governance.
🔹 Required Skills
- 10–14 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Customization, Configuration, Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate & JavaScript.
- Strong experience with CRM integrations and Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application development.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery.
