Hiring: Senior ASP.NET Core Developer – Enterprise ERP Product
Role Overview :-
We are looking for a hands-on ASP.NET Core Developer who has strong backend coding experience building enterprise-grade ERP / SaaS web applications.
The ideal candidate is a core programmer, capable of owning business-critical backend logic, building secure APIs, and working with large ERP datasets. This role is strictly for product engineers, not support or coordination profiles.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level ERP backend modules.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code using ASP.NET Core.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Implement complex business logic for ERP workflows.
• Work extensively with MS SQL Server on large datasets.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of ERP systems.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and system optimisation.
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams for API integration.
Mandatory Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Backend – ASP.NET Core
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core (.NET 6 / 7 / 8).
• Strong proficiency in C# and OOP concepts.
• Experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Strong understanding of:
◦ Middleware
◦ Dependency Injection
◦ Exception handling
◦ Logging
Database & Data Handling
• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
• Proficient in:
◦ Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
◦ LINQ
◦ Stored Procedures
◦ Query optimisation
• Ability to handle large, transactional ERP databases.
Security Best Practices
• Secure authentication using JWT / OAuth.
• Role-based access control (RBAC).
• Protection against:
◦ SQL Injection
◦ XSS
◦ CSRF
• Secure API design for multi-user ERP environments.
Web & API Concepts
• Strong understanding of:
◦ HTTP / HTTPS
◦ JSON
◦ REST principles
• Experience integrating APIs with frontend systems (Angular / React is a plus).
Enterprise ERP Experience (Must Have)
• Proven experience working on enterprise ERP / SaaS products.
• Experience with:
◦ ERP modules (HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
◦ Multi-tenant architecture
◦ Workflow-driven systems
• Strong product-ownership mindset.
Experience Level
• 8–12+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Background in product-based companies preferred.
