Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Senior Dotnet Developer role. The Senior Dotnet Developer will design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications that power Ntigra’s AI-driven healthcare and RCM automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing robust backend services, building and optimizing ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core applications, writing clean and maintainable code using object-oriented principles, and integrating with EMR/RCM systems and internal APIs. The role involves collaborating with product, AI, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, performing code reviews, improving performance and scalability, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met. The Senior Dotnet Developer will also mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices across the engineering team.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of .NET development experience.
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with HIS, EMR/EHR, or AI-driven healthcare applications is an advantage.
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience in application design, development, testing, and deployment using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
