Falcon Reality is an AI execution partner that works with global enterprises to implement AI systems into daily operations and deliver measurable impact.
We are looking for a senior .NET Backend Engineer who can design, build and maintain scalable backend systems while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products and take ownership of core product infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in backend development and is comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
BackEnd Development
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET (C#)
- Build scalable and efficient REST APIs
- Work on database design, queries, and performance optimization
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
System Architecture & Integration
- Collaborate with frontend and other teams to integrate APIs and services
- Understand system architecture and contribute to technical decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with PM, frontend developers, and designers
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver within timelines
Quality & Performance
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks
- Debug issues and ensure smooth system functionality
- Maintain code quality and follow best practices
Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in backend development using .NET (C#)
- Strong experience building production-grade APIs
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and Supabase
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and containerization (Docker)
- Understanding of system design and scalability principles
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with FastEndpoints
- Understanding of security and data protection
- Exposure to AI/ML systems or integrations
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture / DDD
