Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled .NET Developer with strong frontend expertise in Angular or React for a Lead/Architect-level position. The ideal candidate should have experience designing scalable enterprise applications and working with global teams on US-based projects.
Key Responsiblites
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and Angular/React
- Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Mentor junior developers and guide best development practices
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality
Requires Skills
- 8+ years of experience in .NET development
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular or React
- Experience working at Lead or Architect level
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience or awareness of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted development platforms
- Experience working with US clients/projects
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
