We are looking for a Senior Documentum D2 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Documentum D2, Documentum Core and ECM solutions, along with exposure to Azure and cloud-native technologies.
This is an opportunity to work on Documentum modernization, upgrade and cloud initiatives, while contributing to technical design, architecture and engineering best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, customize and enhance Documentum D2 applications and ECM solutions.
- Work extensively with Documentum Core, DFC, workflows, lifecycles, metadata and content management.
- Participate in Documentum upgrade, migration and modernization projects, particularly in cloud environments.
- Work with Microsoft Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Docker and Helm.
- Design and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
- Develop integrations using APIs and cloud services.
- Use scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or JavaScript for automation and engineering activities.
- Contribute to application architecture, design patterns, technology evaluation and technical trade-off decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders across time zones.
- Work within Agile development methodologies.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong hands-on Documentum D2 Development
- Strong knowledge of Documentum Core / DFC
- Hands-on experience with Documentum upgrades or migrations
- Experience with Azure / Cloud environments
- Working knowledge of AKS / Kubernetes
- Experience with Docker and Helm
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring or technically guiding other developers
Good to Have
- Oil & Gas / Engineering domain experience
- Enterprise Content Management experience
- Knowledge of Concurrent Engineering and Management of Change (MOC)
- Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory
- Python / PowerShell / JavaScript scripting
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and APIs
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
- Strong Agile experience
