We’re Hiring: Senior Document Controller | Kochi

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Document Controller to manage and maintain project and company documentation. The role involves ensuring accuracy, proper version control, and timely distribution of documents in line with internal processes and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Document Control & Management
- Maintain and manage document control systems for projects and internal records
- Receive, log, and distribute documents efficiently
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and revision tracking
- Maintain and update master document registers
📌 Project Documentation
- Manage drawings, specifications, reports, and transmittals
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM teams, consultants, and clients
- Track submissions and follow up on approvals
📌 Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, where applicable)
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and records
- Support internal and external audits
📌 System & Tools
- Work with EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, etc.
- Maintain document structures, access control, and data security
- Archive project documents as per company policies
📌 Reporting & Communication
- Generate reports on document status and revisions
- Communicate updates with stakeholders
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
💻 Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in EDMS tools (Aconex, SharePoint, Procore, etc.)
- Knowledge of document control processes and revision systems
