Week Off: Tuesday

Working Hours: 8AM to 12PM and 4PM to 8PM

Qualification: BAMS + MD/MS

Experience: 8+ years

Role Overview

The Senior Ayurvedic Doctor will lead patient consultations, provide accurate diagnosis, and design personalised treatment plans for chronic and lifestyle-related conditions. The role requires strong clinical judgement along with the ability to build patient trust through clear, empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations and clinical evaluations
• Review patient history, pre-consult notes, and available diagnostic inputs
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic medicines & therapies
• Clearly explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, and timelines to patients
• Address patient doubts and concerns in a calm, non-alarming manner
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prescriptions using standard formats
• Guide and align with junior doctors, nutritionists, and therapists on patient care
• Review follow-ups and modify treatment plans as required

Skills & Attributes

• Strong grounding in Ayurvedic diagnosis and chronic disease management
• Excellent verbal communication and patient counselling skills
• Ability to hold structured, unhurried conversations with patients
• High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable using digital systems for viewing patient data and records
• Professional, composed, and reassuring bedside manner
