Job Title: Senior Dispatch Manager (HOD)
Location: Shadnagar, Hyderabad

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Dispatch Manager to lead end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations at our manufacturing unit. This role involves planning, execution, team management, and ensuring safe & timely delivery of glass products across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule daily dispatches based on production and delivery timelines
Lead and manage a team of 10–15 dispatch/logistics staff
Optimize routes, truck loads, and delivery efficiency
Coordinate with clients for dispatch schedules and documentation
Manage transport vendors and negotiate logistics costs
Ensure safe handling and delivery of fragile glass materials
Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Drive process improvements and implement tracking systems
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate (Logistics certification preferred)
Experience: 7–10 years in dispatch/logistics (manufacturing industry)
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team handling experience
Good communication (English & Hindi)
Hands-on experience in dispatch planning & transportation
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting & route planning tools
Experience handling fragile/oversized goods preferred
Additional Requirements:
Must own a smartphone for coordination
Willing to relocate near Shadnagar (company accommodation available)
