Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director - Technical Product Management, based in Abroad. The individual will define and drive the product strategy while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include product road mapping, overseeing project milestones, analyzing market trends, and mentoring team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on managing technical product lifecycles and fostering team collaboration to achieve strategic vision and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Product Strategy to define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.
- Strong expertise in Product Management and Project Management, with a track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles and efficient delivery of projects.
- Exceptional Team Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage cross-functional teams toward collective success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant experience in immigration consultancy or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
