Designation: Senior Director – People Data, Systems & Reporting.
Reporting to: CHRO.
Role purpose:
To build and lead a best-in-class People Data, Systems, and Analytics function that ensures high-quality data, robust reporting, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and govern People Master Data across all systems.
- Own and optimize the HRIS landscape.
- Drive People Reporting (standard & ad-hoc).
- Deliver workforce analytics and insights.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with high-quality data.
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks (data quality, KPI definitions).
- Develop dashboards and automation (Power BI or similar tools).
- Explore and implement advanced analytics / AI solutions.
- Build and develop a high-performing, future-ready team.
Profile:
- Strong experience in HR data, analytics, or HR controlling through the data.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and data architecture.
- Advanced Power BI/data visualization skills.
- Experience in data governance and process standardization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to translate data into business insights.
- Experience in a global, complex organization.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Education – Master's in any stream from Finance, Commerce, Analytics, HR.
