We’re hiring a Senior Director of Engineering for our client (Code Name: HEVA) -Client Name delivers a unified, no-code data platform enabling organizations to seamlessly move and sync data across 150+ sources to modern cloud data warehouses in real time. As Senior Director of Engineering at Client Name, you will lead and scale the engineering organization, driving technical strategy and overseeing multiple teams responsible for building and evolving the unified data platform. You will own the engineering roadmap and excellence charter, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery of robust, innovative solutions. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping technical direction, fostering a high-performance culture, and maximizing business impact through engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead and scale multiple engineering teams to deliver a unified data platform.

● Champion the Engineering Excellence Charter, including On Call SLAs, process improvements, and observability enhancements.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and support to maximize business impact.
