Urgent Hiring – Senior Director – BPM (Operations, Quality & AI Automation)
📍 Location: Noida
Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Director – BPM to lead enterprise-wide operational excellence, quality transformation, and AI/automation initiatives within the BFSI domain. This role requires a strong blend of operations leadership, process excellence, and hands-on experience in AI/ML or RPA implementations in a regulated environment.
The incumbent will work closely with business, technology, risk, and data teams to drive process optimization, compliance, customer experience, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute enterprise-wide BPM strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive large-scale transformation programs for efficiency and cost optimization
- Build roadmap for process standardization, automation, and digital maturity
2. Operational Excellence
- Identify process gaps through cross-functional assessments
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Establish KPIs, governance models, and performance scorecards
3. AI & Automation
- Lead deployment of:
- AI/ML models (decisioning, forecasting, customer service)
- RPA & Intelligent Automation
- Generative AI solutions
- Collaborate with Data Science & IT teams for scalable solutions
- Drive adoption of NLP, chatbots, OCR/ICR, process mining, digital workforce
- Ensure alignment with compliance and risk frameworks
4. Quality Management & Compliance
- Build and govern quality frameworks across operations
- Implement audit mechanisms, RCA/CAPA models
- Drive reduction in defects, complaints, and compliance gaps
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead teams across Operations Excellence, Quality & Automation
- Partner with senior leadership on transformation initiatives
- Manage external vendors and AI/automation partners
- Present insights, ROI, and outcomes to leadership/board
6. Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs: efficiency gains, SLA adherence, automation ROI, CX metrics
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Drive governance via reviews and audits
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (mandatory)
- 15–20 years of experience in Operations / Quality / Opex / Automation within BFSI
- Strong experience in enterprise-level AI/automation programs
- Proven leadership in digital transformation and process excellence initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong exposure to BFSI operations
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, RPA, and GenAI deployments
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
