Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for a Senior Director - Lean Manufacturing & Automation. The Senior Director will lead and oversee production planning, manufacturing operations, and process optimization using lean methodologies. The individual will be responsible for implementing good manufacturing practices, managing supply chain operations, and driving efficiency improvements to meet strategic goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations Management and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and operational logistics
- Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvements
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with automation technologies and industry trends is a plus
