HR Director
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to drive organizational growth, global expansion, and process excellence. This role will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, with end-to-end accountability for HR strategy, governance, and process alignment across departments, ensuring scalable and high-performing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, aligning HR strategy with business goals, growth, and expansion plans
- Process Ownership & Alignment:
- Take complete accountability for designing, standardizing, and aligning HR processes across all departments to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
- Process Excellence & Governance:
- Drive structured, process-driven HR practices, ensuring strong documentation, governance, and continuous improvement
- Global HR Frameworks:
- Drive multi-country HR models, ensuring alignment between global standards and local practices
- Change Management:
- Lead organization-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems
- Organizational Development:
- Build a high-performance, process-driven culture, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement
- HR Governance & Operations:
- Own HR governance, policies, and operations, ensuring accountability, transparency, and operational excellence
Required Experience
- 16+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure
- Proven experience in IT services / consulting / global organizations
- Strong background in process-driven HR and organizational transformation
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment and scaling organizations
- Strong ability to influence senior leadership and drive change initiatives
Preferred
- Experience in global HR operations
- Strong stakeholder management & transformation experience
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
